One of our favorite things to make for breakfast is pancakes. Brylee requests them at least once a week. When I saw that there was a Torani Cupcake Syrup I knew it was one we had to try. These pancakes taste exactly like cake batter and they are so easy to make. We also couldn’t forget the homemade “cupcake” whipped cream on top.
I kept the pancake recipe simple and just used box mix. I substituted 1 tbsp Torani Cupcake Syrup for water (you can adjust the amount depending on how sweet you want them/how big of a batch you are making). Just cook according to the pancake mix directions.
For the whipped cream, I used 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and added 1 tablespoon of Torani Cupcake Syrup. Whisk with a mixer until soft (solid) peaks form.
I served the pancakes with Torani’s White Chocolate Sauce topped with the whipped cream. #ohmygosh #matchmadeinheaven
