Favorite: Halloween Books

Friday night we went to Target, which is currently Brylee’s favorite place. I told her if she took a nap nice that day,  when she woke up we would go to Target. As soon as she woke up she exclaimed “I ready to go to dat red store with puppies!!” I asked “Target?” She then goes “Yeah, Taaaarrrgeeettt!” And her face literally did this๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. Dustin informed me I have our daughter brainwashed, but by the end of our shopping trip (our total was over $104 and just by scanning my cartwheel app and using our red card our total dropped to under $95 no coupons used) he informed me we should boycott Wal-Mart and just shop at Target. That bullseye has some magic powers people. Ha.

Anyway,  I noticed the book section had a Halloween book end cap when we walked by, so I let Brylee choose one and somehow I added five others that we needed.

Here’s what we picked up this trip:

Happy Halloween, Daniel Tiger– This was the book Brylee picked out. I’m not sure she has ever seen this show on TV but she loves animals so that’s why I’m guessing she picked it.

A Halloween Scare in Minnesota (other states)– This one is such a cute book. I love that they customize it to the state.

Trick or Treat, Pout-Pout Fish– This was a simple book but the pictures are fun.

There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Bat– If you have read any of the “There Was an Old Lady” series this is the same but with a Halloween theme.

The next two books are basically the same exact book (and apparently based off of a song???). I heard so many people love Pete the Cat books so I grabbed that one not realizing the only difference between the two was the cat in the pictures…Still a fun book though.

What are some of your favorite Halloween Books? I want to take Brylee to Barnes and Noble to find a few more, but I’m afraid we will leave with the entire store!
